About our Intensive Programs

New York All Stars aims to promote skills in leadership, collaboration and wellness among kids and teens. We use a variety of enriching classes & programs that will nurture these skills like dance, tumbling, cheerleading, performing arts, academic enrichment & fitness. Our program welcomes all levels of ability and interest from those seeking a recreational activity to those who are ready for professional training. Our Intensive Programs allows students to hone their skills and explore their interests in the disciplines of Performing Arts (music, acting, movement, etc.), Tumble & Cheerleading and Dance & Fitness.

Spring Break Dance & Fitness Camp:
Everyone can (and should) dance! Dance is excellent for cardio-vascular health but also helps kids develop emotional expression through storytelling and cognition by building memory and critical thinking skills. Dancers of all abilities are welcome to come try our many different disciplines in this intensive week. Advanced dancers will have opportunities to train for solos and small group performance & competition opportunities. Classes will include: Contemporary Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Yoga and more! Camp runs Mon. April 2nd-Fri. April 6th
